Currently, he is serving as the Chairperson and Assistant Professor in the Department of ENT at Bacha Khan Medical College / Mardan Medical Complex, Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. His career in otorhinolaryngology has seen him lead departments, mentor future medical professionals, and perform complex ENT surgeries. Dr. Shah is well-regarded for his expertise in endoscopic sinus surgery, head and neck surgeries, and temporal bone dissection, making him a key figure in his field.
