Introduction
Dr. Salman Malik is a highly experienced anesthesiologist and pain management specialist. As the Chairman of Anesthesiology at Bacha Khan Medical College and the in-charge of the operation theater at Mardan Medical Complex, he oversees a broad range of surgical and anesthetic care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. His expertise spans cardiac Anaesthesia, Neuro Anaesthesia, trauma,obstetric and pediatric anesthesia, critical care, and difficult airway management.
Dr. Malik is also a recognized authority in interventional pain management, treating chronic pain conditions such as lower back pain, arthritis, and migraines. He holds a Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine and has published research on post-dural puncture headaches, post-operative laryngospasm, and patient satisfaction with anesthesia care.
