Assistant Professor Dr. Khalil Ahmad is a distinguished Child Physician and Neonatologist at Mardan Medical Complex, currently serving in the Department of Pediatrics and Neonatology. He earned his MBBS from Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad, in 2009, followed by specialization (FCPS) in Pediatrics in 2017.
Dr. Khalil Ahmad began his medical career in 2016 as a Medical Officer at DHQ Hospital, Mardan. In 2020, he was appointed Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Bacha Khan Medical College, Mardan. With over six years of experience in Pediatrics and Neonatology, Dr. Ahmad is a respected figure in his field. His expertise extends beyond general pediatrics, as he also holds qualifications and experience in Child Psychiatry.
A passionate advocate for research and education, Dr. Khalil Ahmad authored the highly regarded book for undergraduates, *Module-Based Pediatrics*. He has collaborated with the Medical Education Department to develop a comprehensive Pediatric Study Guide for undergraduate teaching and training.
