Academic Background:
Prof. Dr. Ajmal Khan Afridi completed his MBBS from Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad in year 1994. He did the House Job from one of the big Hospital of the Province LRH, Peshawar in 1995. Continuing his career in the field of surgery, he has completed the FCPS in General Surgery in year 2005.
Professional Experience:
Dr. AJmal has vast experience in the field of Surgery. He has performed the duty of Medical Officer from 2003 to 2006 at FATA Health Department, he was assigned the duty of an Acting District Surgeon. Dr. Ajmal was then selected as Junior Registrar at KTH, Peshawar in year 2008. In year 2010, he was appointed as “Senior Registrar” Surgery in Saidu Medical College- swat and then promoted to Assistant professor in year 2010. He has been promoted to Associate Professor in year 2015. He became a Professor in 2020 at Bacha Medical College, Mardan.
